What do you do at those times when you need a snack that is healthy as well as ethical and delicious? How about some crunchy raw almonds? These Palestinian almonds, named after the village of Om al-Fahem where they are grown, are picked by hand in the late summer and dried in the sun to maximise their natural sweetness. They are also certified Fairtrade.
