Reusable Rice Husk Travel Cup - Charcoal

Do you want to be able to have a drink on the go, but not to contribute to the millions of disposable cups thrown away each year? This travel cup made from natural Rice Husk could be the answer. It contains no melamine or other plastics and is BPA and toxin-free as well as being light, durable, strong and easy to clean. It comes in a cardboard gift box, which makes it a great present for yourself or someone else. And while we tend to be fans of patterns (the sillier the better) we do realise that this might not be to everyone's taste. So this and stylish charcoal grey design is our chic compromise!

Unlike bamboo cups, these rice husk cups are genuinely biodegradable as they do not contain melamine which is a plastic. They are also made using a waste product. Although the silicone is not biodegradable it is non-toxic and recyclable.

When you are ready to dispose of this cup soak it in water overnight then crush and bury it in compost or soil. It will start to biodegrade in soil within six months.
