Luckily this fair trade and recycled bike seat cover is the eco-friendly answer to that problem. Made out of hard-wearing recycled cement bags, this elasticated bike seat cover will keep your seat nice and dry. And you could always put it away in one of our recycled cement bag rucksacks after use, before riding off into the soggy sunset.

Conventional bike seat covers tend to be made from PVC, which Greenpeace has labeled as 'the poison plastic'. The fact that its production, use and disposal all result in the release of toxic chlorine-based chemicals makes it the most environmentally damaging plastic. So using recycled cement bags, which would otherwise go into landfill, is a great alternative. 

These fair trade bike seat covers are made by producers in Vietnam and are supplied to us by Shared Earth, who are a guaranteed member of the World Fair Trade Organisation.
