Fair Trade Chilli Sauce - Malawi Gold

With its base of fresh vegetables, Malawi Gold is hot but intensely flavoured. The chilli taste has a mildly fragrant start, a snap in the middle and a lingering warmth that builds to quite an intensity. Malawi Gold is excellent with fresh pasta, it is a superb sandwich spread (especially for smoked meat or fish) or crudites dip, mixed into cream cheese. It's a versatile sauce that can be used in a variety of ways.

With their attractive and eyecatching designs, the Ukuva range of sauces is the "Taste of Africa" - feisty, lively and often fiery; a travellers tale told in flavours.
