Thank you for choosing Fair and Fabulous and supporting fair pay for skilled artisans. Here’s how to follow your order’s journey to you.

Find your order updates

1. Open your order confirmation or shipping confirmation email from Fair and Fabulous.
2. Select View your order to open your secure Shopify order-status page. This is your personal order-status link.
3. When tracking has been added, follow the tracking link to see your parcel’s progress. You may be asked to verify your email address or phone number and order number before viewing your details.

Your order-status link: use the personal link in your confirmation email. For your privacy, there is no shared order-status link on this public page.

Can’t find your email or tracking?

Check your spam or junk folder first. Tracking is available once it has been added to your shipment; some services do not include tracking. If there’s no tracking link, your updates seem unclear, or your parcel hasn’t arrived when expected, we’re happy to help.

Use our Contact Us form or email info@fairandfab.co.uk. Please include your order number and the email address used at checkout so we can find your order. Never send payment card details or passwords, and keep your personal order-status link private.
