Fair

Eswatini Kitchen is a WFTO (World Fair Trade Organisation) accredited producer of fair trade natural gourmet foods. It has grown from a small cottage industry into a business that supplies incomes for over 300 people. The vast majority of the workers are women, often single mothers, but the project also helps smallholder farmers. All profits are donated to the Manzini Youth Care initiative which supports more than 2000 marginalized children and young people affected by HIV/AIDS.

Meru Herbs is a woman-led fair trade cooperative working in rural Kenya to provide sustainable livelihoods for people in the local community. As well as educating the community in organic farming methods, they also have a mission to empower women and to eradicate poverty.
