When it comes to Christmas shopping there are always some people who are like the hare in Aesop's fables - rushing to get everything done on the 1st of December. But like the Christmas snail we know that slow and steady wins the race!  He may have decorated his shell like a Christmas pudding and put on a Santa hat but this marvelous handmade and fair trade mollusc isn't in a rush to do anything else.

Handmade by fair trade craftswomen in  Nepal using traditional needle felting. These beautiful felt products are made from 100% cruelty-free wool. All dyes used are azo-free and the steamers are powered by offcuts from local carpenters. These products are totally biodegradable, with no polystyrene centres or decorative plastic baubles and beads! They are brought to us by Felt So Good who, like us, are members of BAFTS Fair Trade Network UK.
