When you place an order with Fair and Fabulous you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to the terms, conditions and policies set out on this website. If you are unhappy with any of these terms, conditions or policies, please contact us before placing an order.
This website, our terms and conditions and our policies have been designed for use within the UK mainland and to comply with UK law. If you are using this website from outside of the UK, we give no warranty, express or implied, that the use of this website will comply with applicable non-UK laws or regulations.
At present we are not able to dispatch orders outside of the UK.
All prices quoted on our website are in pounds sterling (£). Prices are subject to change without notice. Although we try to ensure all information on the website is correct, there may occasionally be mistakes. We cannot be held responsible for website errors if they are genuine mistakes. We reserve the right to decline an order that is based on inaccurate information by either party.
All products listed on our website should be in stock unless otherwise indicated. However, as we also supply a shop, rare circumstances may arise when a product is out of stock even though your order has been confirmed. If that were to happen, we would contact you as soon as possible and let you know when we would estimate being able to re-stock and dispatch to you. We would dispatch any other items in your order in accordance with our normal delivery policy and would then dispatch the out of stock product as soon as it arrives in stock. You have the right to cancel your order for any item that is out of stock or delayed.
We take every care to ensure that the descriptions and specifications of our products are correct. However, we cannot accept any responsibility for variations in colour caused by differences in browser software or computer system. Also, since many of our products are handmade, there may be slight variations in the colour, size or patterns of your unique and fabulous purchase.
We aim to confirm receipt of an order within 24 hours and to dispatch within 3 working days. If, for any reason, we are unable to dispatch your order within this time we will let you know and give you an estimated dispatch date. If this date is unacceptable, then please see cancellation policy below.
If you require a specific delivery date, or need to receive an order urgently, please telephone us on 01239 712835 and we will endeavour to arrange this.
UK delivery costs
Our current UK delivery costs are as follows:
£4.95 for any order up to £50
Free delivery on any order over £50
We reserve the right to change these charges if it becomes necessary.
You may cancel your order for any reason up to the point of it being dispatched. If you do cancel your order before this point any payments made by you will be refunded within 14 days. You must notify us of your wish to cancel via phone or email to email@example.com, making sure to include your name, address and order reference number.
We want you to be completely happy with your fabulous purchase. If for any reason you are not delighted please return it to us, in the original packaging, within 14 days of receipt and we will give you a refund for that item or an exchange, provided the item is in “as new/as supplied” condition. The cost of return postage will be at your expense unless the goods are faulty. However, if an item is faulty, or we have sent you the wrong item, please return it to us and we will give you a refund for the return postage and the related delivery charges as well as providing a replacement or a giving you a refund for the item itself. Please include your full contact details with the return, including the reason for returning. We strongly advise you obtain proof of posting. We cannot be held responsible for goods lost or stolen in transit
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods. Refunds will be made via your original payment method.
