They, of course, make cosy blankets, but they can also be used as rug, a throw or a yoga mat. These durable blankets are made from recycled cotton and acrylic yarn that comes from reclaimed clothing offcuts that would otherwise end up in landfill. They are made by fair trade artisans in Mexico and they are brought to us by Siesta, who have been working for more than 35 years to build up business relationships with artisans from all around the world that are based on mutual respect and trust rather than on exploitation. Like many of our suppliers (and ourselves), they are members of BAFTS Fair Trade Network UK.
