This fine silver jewellery is handcrafted by a producer community of Hill Tribe silversmiths in Thailand using traditional techniques and as much recycled silver as possible. The silver production process does not use polluting chemicals and no waste material is created as all offcuts are reused. Sustainable environmental practices have been developed within the production village with the use of solar panels. This enables the village to run generators in the evenings for light etc.

All of the packaging is plastic-free and zero waste. The gift boxes, which are made by a
women’s cooperative in Thailand, can be recycled and the jewellery comes in compostable potato and corn starch bags. It is brought to us by Luna Tree who, like us, are members of BAFTS Fairtrade Network UK.
